NATALEE HOLLOWAY SUSPECT ARRESTED IN PROBE OF WOMAN'S DEATH: Joran van der Sloot, long the prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway, was apprehended in a taxi in Chile Thursday (June 3rd) and arrested after a woman was found dead with a broken neck in his hotel room in Lima, Peru, two days earlier. Police believe that 21-year-old Stephany Flores met the 22-year-old van der Sloot at a nearby casino the night before she was believed to have been killed early Sunday morning. Her body wasn't discovered until two days later by a hotel maid. Van der Sloot was in Peru for a poker tournament. A spokeswoman for Holloway's mother, Beth, issued a statement extending her sympathy to the Flores family and saying she, quote, "prays for swift and sure justice."
• By coincidence, van der Sloot was charged in Alabama yesterday with trying to extort $250,000 in return for giving the location of Holloway's body and describing the circumstances of her death. Prosecutors didn't reveal who was allegedly extorted, but said van der Sloot got a partial payment of $15,000.
• Van der Sloot was twice arrested but never charged in Holloway's disappearance. In 2008, a Dutch TV crime show aired hidden camera video of van der Sloot telling an undercover reporter that he was with a drunken Holloway when she died after having a seizure on the beach, and that he got a friend to dump her body in the sea. But Aruban prosecutors didn't believe that provided enough proof to charge him.

WIDOW OF RONNIE JAMES DIO TELLS FANS TO IGNORE EXTREMIST PROTEST
Ronnie James Dio's widow, Wendy Dio, has asked fans to ignore a protest planned by members of the Westboro Baptist Church, a fringe Christian congregation from Kansas, at Dio's public memorial service this Sunday (May 30th). The far right church announced its plans shortly after Dio's death, calling the late metal vocalist a "Satan-worshiper" and claiming he was "residing in hell." As news of the group's protest began to spread online, Wendy Dio posted a message saying, "Ronnie hates prejudice and violence. We need to turn the other cheek on these people that only know how to hate someone they didn't know. We only know how to love someone we know!" Westboro Baptist Church is led by "minister" Fred Phelps, who has previously claimed that terrorist attacks and natural disasters are God's revenge for a society that tolerates homosexuality. The church feels that they "have the duty to protest and picket at certain events, including funerals, to promote their religious message." Members of the church have staged demonstrations at funerals of fallen soldiers.
Dio, who fronted Black Sabbath, Rainbow and his own band, died on May 16th from stomach cancer at the age of 67. The service will take place at the Hall Of Liberty at Forest Lawn Hollywood Hills, 6300 Forest Lawn Drive, in Los Angeles, beginning at 2:00 p.m. PT. The event is open to the public.

LAWRENCE TAYLOR CHARGED WITH RAPING 16-YEAR-OLD GIRL: Football Hall of Famer Lawrence Taylor was charged Thursday with raping a 16-year-old runaway who police said was forced into prostitution by a man who'd beaten her up. The 51-year-old former New York Giants star linebacker paid the girl $300 for sex in a Ramapo, New York, hotel room, where he was arrested early Thursday (May 6th). The girl had been driven there by the man who'd beaten her -- Rasheed Davis, who was also arrested -- and the encounter with Taylor was arranged through a middle man. At some point afterward, the girl texted her uncle, telling him what was happening. He then went to the New York Police Department. Taylor was arraigned yesterday on charges of third-degree rape, the charge for sex with a minor, and patronizing a prostitute, and released on bail. Police wouldn't comment on whether Taylor knew the girl's age, but Ramapo Chief of Police Peter Brower said, "Ignorance is not an excuse to an individual's age." Taylor's attorney denied that his client had had sex with the teen.

Case # 1: STEVEN SEAGAL SUED: A former model filed a lawsuit against Steven Seagal, accusing him of trafficking women for sex. TMZ.com reports that Kayden Nguyen, who was hired as Seagal's executive assistant, showed up for work and discovered, "Mr. Seagal had been keeping two young female Russian 'Attendants' on staff who were available for his sexual needs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week." Nguyen says in the lawsuit that Seagal treated her as a "sex toy," claiming he pushed his hands under her skirt, tried fondling her breasts and forced his hand down her pants.
Case # 2: MORE WOMEN CLAIM HARASSMENT FROM STEVE SEAGAL: Two more women have come forward claiming they were sexually harassed by Steven Seagal. PerezHilton.com reports that both women have given sworn declarations to Kayden Nguyen, the 23-year-old who filed a lawsuit against the star. Both ladies say they too were hired as Seagal's assistants, with one detailing that he once reached his hands down her pants to "see what it felt like." Seagal's lawyer said that Steven's employment records don't prove that either of the women in question had ever worked for him, but added that if they had, their claims would be "absurd."

Week of 3/22/10: Krystal Gardner Disgusting! I am baffled. Obviously this woman values her vehicle more than her very own son... WOMAN TOSSES BABY INTO SUV: A Dallas woman is being accused of throwing her year-old son into the back of her SUV in an attempt to stop her vehicle from being repossessed. Krystal Gardner was arrested on Wednesday on charges of child endangerment related to abandonment. Gardner did not have a driver's license or insurance. Luke Ross, a recover agent, said he saw Gardner throw the baby through an open window of a Ford Expedition. The baby was removed from the vehicle and placed in the care of his father. Texas law bans a vehicle from being repossessed if a person is inside. (AP)

Unlike Uchitel, McGee choose to out the affair herself when the marriage was still intact, driving Bullock to move out of her home, and leading to James publicly apologizing to his family on Thursday, denying “the vast majority of the allegations” but claiming responsibility for his “poor judgment.”

WOMAN PLEADS GUILTY TO FAKING BREAST CANCER: A 39-year-old Tennessee woman pleaded guilty Tuesday (March 9th) to faking breast cancer in a scam that got her tens of thousands of dollars worth of sick leave donated by her co-workers and cash donations from a church and other charities. Keele Maynor will be sentenced in May on the theft and forgery charges she admitted to in court. Maynor claimed for five years to have breast cancer before her lie was discovered in December 2008. At that time, Maynor resigned from her job as an assistant in Chattanooga's land development office and said her breast cancer claim was a "charade." She hasn't spoken publicly about her deception.

Don't get me wrong I am a fan. But I am disappointed that Peter will not be attending the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction of his own band, the very band that made him who he is - GENESIS! The other band mates have been quoted, having said they understand why Peter can not attend, since he is very busy with his latest solo effort and tour. But come on Peter. You have tons of money and have had plenty of notice that this event was going to take place. Could you not have made room in your oh so busy schedule to get inducted to the friggin' ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME??? This is the honor of a lifetime and basically Peter, you have given it a big huge middle finger. That is why I give you the one finger salute in return here in the Litter Box!

Need I say more.? All the recent recalls have our heads spinning. (or should I say Wheels?). I was especially aggravated when I learned that Toyota knew about the problems and did nothing about them until they were called out on them! Now they are desperately trying to clean up thier mess one gas pedal at a time. Just another reason to buy American...
Week of 2/4/10: Leif Garrett
Arrested again, after a drug charge in 2006 where he served prison time. This idiot just doesn't learn. Of course we will never forget the DWI incident that took place when he was younger, leaving his friend crippled for life. Unfortunately, he seems to forget to easily... Probably brain damage from all the drugs!
LEIF GARRETT ARRESTED: Former teen idol Leif Garrett was arrested on Monday (February 1st) after police approached him on a subway platform in Los Angeles because he was exhibiting "pronounced symptoms" of drug dependency, such as "shaking and sweating." ABC News reports that a subsequent search revealed that Garrett was in possession of heroin. He was released on bail on Wednesday and is due back in court on February 24 to face charges in the case. The 48-year-old was arrested for possession of heroin in 2006 and sentenced to 90 days in jail after opting out of drug treatment.

Perhaps they should have left well enough alone? Putting Leno back on "the Tonight Show" and attempting to move Conan to a later slot was a vey stupid thing to do. Now they've lost him comlpetely. In the litter box you go NBC!!! (We will miss you Conan)

READY TO FORGIVE MARK McGWIRE?: This week, Mark McGwire finally admitted he was on steroids when he broke baseball's home run record in 1998. His public confession reportedly was part of the deal he made to take the job as hitting coach of the St. Louis Cardinals. In an emotional hour-long interview with Bob Costas on MLB Network, McGuire called it the worst thing he ever did. He even said he had called Roger Maris' widow to apologize. Costas said: "The [Maris sons] consider their father's 61 [homers] the authentic single-season record." McGuire replied: "They have every right to." Now, Joe Posnanski, a sportswriter for Sports Illustrated.com, says it's time to give the guy a break, given the era during which he played.

His fall at Sturgis was bad enough, but hey lets face it... Accidents happen. I am upset with Steven because somehow when he fell off that stage,he manged to get back up an a "high" horse (see the double innuendo?). With rumors of his resurfacing drug problem, and the news that he is going on "Hiatus" from Aerosmith, it's no surprise he has ended up in the Litter Box. He has changed management companies twice this year (in the matter of a few months) and has been quoted saying that he wants to work on his own brand... "Brand Tyler"... Steven I have got some news for you - there is no "brand" without your band!!!!
Week of 12/02/09: Tiger Woods I am so angry about this situation. Now he has to miss his own Chevron tournament, because of this stupid incident, and on top of it he is cheating on his wife with not one but two women!!! TIGER WOODS ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION CLOSED; SECOND ALLEGED MISTRESS COMES FORWARD
The investigation into Tiger Woods' car accident is complete and the only penalty he will face is a $164 ticket and four points on his license. The Florida Highway Patrol announced on Tuesday (December 1st) that the golfer has been ticketed for careless driving as a result of last Friday's single vehicle crash.
The FHP added that it will not seek any search warrants for his medical records and noted that no one involved has made claims of domestic violence.
Maj. Cindy Williams of the Florida Highway Patrol noted, "Mr. Woods' status in no way impacted our investigation or conclusion. The investigation has determined that Mr. Woods is at fault in the crash." She concluded, "With the issuance of this citation, the Florida Highway Patrol has completed its investigation into this matter."
SECOND ALLEGED MISTRESS COMES FORWARD
As speculation continues to swirl as to whether Woods' supposed affair with a New York City club manager prompted a fight with his wife that led to the accident -- another woman has come forward, claiming to have bedded the famed golfer. Jaimee Grubbs, who is now 24-years-old, told Us Weekly that she and Woods began having an affair in April of 2007. Grubbs, who recently appeared on VH1's Tool Academy, claims that she and Tiger had 20 sexual encounters -- and says she has more than 300 racy texts to prove it.

DAD LEAVES SON OUTSIDE, GOES INTO STRIP CLUB: Police arrested an Indianapolis man who left his 5-year-old son alone outside a strip club and later called police intoxicated to report his truck and child missing. According to police the man was too drunk to remember where he parked, but they found the boy alone in the car watching cartoons with the keys in the ignition and doors unlocked. The 39-year-old man was charged with public intoxication and child neglect. (AP

Lindsay Lohan may want to remember her credit card the next time that she goes out for drinks. The actress was allegedly in "drama queen" mode on the night of November 6th when L.A.'s Crown Bar asked her to pay her tab. People.com reports that a witness says that trouble started when Lohan helped herself to the bar's kitchen. The source says, quote, "Lindsay stormed into the kitchen and grabbed two bottles of really expensive champagne. She finished both bottles with a friend. When the bartender gave her a bill, she had a meltdown." Next, reports have the 23-year-old yelling and cursing at the bartender. When Lohan reportedly exclaimed, quote, "I don't pay for drinks," the bar insisted she pay up. The same source adds, quote, "She had to call a friend with her credit-card information."

For obvious reasons Plaxico has been officially thrown into the litter box - for bringing an unlicensed gun with him to a night club and then proceeding to shoot himself accidentally in the leg. Because of this "brilliant" move he has been thrown in jail, suspended from the football league and cannot play for the Giants, which appears to be a big loss for the team this year. The Giants are currently 5 and 4 on the season. Dammit Plaxico we needed you!

'BIG BROTHER' WINNER ARRESTED FOR SELLING PILLS A past winner of the CBS reality show Big Brother was arrested after using his $500,000 prize money to buy thousands of oxycodone pills and resell them. Federal prosecutors said that Adam Jasinski was caught attempting to sell 2,000 pills in Massachusetts to a government witness. The Associated Press reports that he was arrested last Saturday (October 18th) after flying into Boston and showing the witness two plastic bags filled with oxycodone pills.Authorities said that the 31-year-old told a federal drug enforcement agent that he has been using his winnings to buy thousands of the pills and has been reselling them for months. People magazine reported that he faces up to 20 years in prison and $1 million in fines.

They Had us worried that there 6 year old son was flying across the USA in their makeshift UFO balloon. Turns out that the boy was home safe the entire time! The Heene's are now undergoing investigation and could face some very serious charges. They are accused of pulling this publicity stunt in an effort to score a reality show... LOOSERS! Apparently appearing on wife swap a while back wasn't enough form them. Pathetic...
Week of 10/7/09: Jackie Denise Knott (is it just me or does she look like Rosie O'Donnell on crack?)
This woman gets tossed into the litterbox this week because she made her teenage daughter ride in a box atop her van while speeding down the highway. When asked about the situation she claimed that she needed her daughter to hold the box down - but dont worry - the box was secure fastened to the van with coat hangers... Phew! TEEN RIDES IN CARDBOARD BOX ATOP MOM'S VAN An Alabama woman is behind bars after taking her child on a dangerous ride. According to the "Huntsville Times," Jackie Denise Knott was arrested Sunday after her daughter was found riding in a cardboard box atop her van. Albertsville police were contacted after a witness noticed a minivan driving with a cardboard box on its roof and a child inside. Once stopped by police, Knott told police that her 13-year-old child was riding on the roof because, quote, "The box was too big to go inside the van, and she would be able to hold it down if she was inside the box." The 37-year-old mother went on to say that her daughter was safe because the box was secured to the van with a clothes hanger. Knott has since been charged with endangering the welfare of a child, and her daughter has been turned over to a relative.
Week of 4/13/09: Vince Shlomi, best known as television's ShamWow! guy. He was arrested in Miami last month. For beating up a prostitute who allegedly tried to bite his tongue out. TheSmokingGun.com got hold of the police report and Mr. Shlomi's mug shot, and as you can see, he didn't escape unscathed. But neither did she. The facts of the case, briefly, according to the
police report: Shlomi meets Sasha Harris in a Miami club. They go back to his hotel.
She propositions him for "straight sex." He pays her a thousand bucks in cash.
He kisses her.
She "bit his tongue and would not let go."

Week of 3/30/09: The Octomom: Having 8 babies is not what she did wrong, but irresponsibly having them after already having 6 children that she was incapable of taking care of both financially and physically is! READY TO FORGIVE MARK McGWIRE?: This week, Mark McGwire finally admitted he was on steroids when he broke baseball's home run record in 1998. His public confession reportedly was part of the deal he made to take the job as hitting coach of the St. Louis Cardinals. In an emotional hour-long interview with Bob Costas on MLB Network, McGuire called it the worst thing he ever did. He even said he had called Roger Maris' widow to apologize. Costas said: "The [Maris sons] consider their father's 61 [homers] the authentic single-season record." McGuire replied: "They have every right to." Now, Joe Posnanski, a sportswriter for Sports Illustrated.com, says it's time to give the guy a break, given the era during which he played.

Well, Lindsay easily could have been thrown into the litter box many times in the past, but this week she is here because of a temper tantrum she threw at a restaurant in LA after being asked to pay her tab for the 2 bottles of very expensive Champagne she took the liberty of helping herself to. Sorry LILO even if you are infamous you still nedd to pay your tab. 
For obvious reasons Plaxico has been officially thrown into the litter box - for bringing an unlicensed gun with him to a night club and then proceeding to shoot himself accidentally in the leg. Because of this "brilliant" move he has been thrown in jail, suspended from the football league and cannot play for the Giants, which appears to be a big loss for the team this year. The Giants are currently 5 and 4 on the season. Dammit Plaxico we needed you!
A half million dollars apparently wasn't enough for this guy. After winning "Big Brother" He decided to invest his winnings by selling Illegal Pharmies. This guy was so dumb that he actually got caught by an undercover federal agent. He blew it all with one simple word - Greed. (full story below)
